Another meal that came out of the spinach that we were given by our neighbor: spinach pizza! I found ready-made, refrigerated, almost-medium-sized, simple sauce-and-cheese-only pizzas at the local supermarket so I put spinach with garlic on one and kimchi with garlic on the other one. Both were delicious! We finished both in no time. :)
I blanched and froze the rest of the spinach for future meals and gave the cabbage to the Murrays as they have guests over so often and I couldn't think of anything to do with it (at the time). I was kinda overwhelmed with the amount of veg I'd received and the amount of time it would have taken for us to eat all of it too.
God's provision comes in so many different ways. :)
