Quick Sungjae Post

When Sungjae was four months old, he cut his first two teeth. No new teeth for 4 months and then when he turned 8 months, he cut 4 more teeth on top but they came out in a funny order (two on the left first and then two on the right).

This week, Sungjae figured out how to clap his hands, open & close them and how to blow his nose! :) He thinks all of these activities are fun and always has a big smile on his face while doing them. Clapping his hands becomes the baby sign for "more" during meal times.

He lo~ves bath time. Every other night, I bathe the kids Japanese style (I think). I shower first, then I shower Juhee, lift her into the bath (does that make sense?), then with the water I've collected in buckets, I wash Sungjae then I carry him into the bath with me and we all soak & play together. Lately, he's started to "complain" outside the door while he waits his turn so Peter has to take him away and distract him until I'm ready for him. :)

There are many more things I could write about Sungjae (and Juhee too) but I think these are some of the things I want to remember about his baby phase when he's older.
